Welcome! I’m glad you found me. If you’re here that probably means you like food too, and that’s all we need in common to get along.
I’ve worked my fair share in the food industry. Whether it was catering lavish weddings in Toronto, cooking in a hot summer camp kitchen, food styling for celebrity chefs, cooking at a small Italian restaurant, prepping in the background for competitive cooking shows, or cooking up rotisserie chickens at the grocery store, I’ve loved every minute of it.
With a culinary diploma and Red Seal certificate, cooking had always been a professional passion of mine, until I discovered public health. This new route is science heavy, but I still and always will love cooking.
This is a place where I will stay true to my training and learning by sharing recipes, which will ultimately make the delicious choice obvious.
