Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites

These things are packed with carbs and protein, which are sure to give you the boost of energy you need without caffeine or energy drinks. Whip them up whenever and freeze them until you need them!

Recipe:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
– mix all ingredients together
– roll into balls
– freeze until ready to use (Best served chilled, NOT frozen)

Yield: 8-12 bites
